Movement for Seniors (GMC).

Thursdays 19.00-20.15pm
Beginners/Level 1, (STUDIO).

Fridays 9.30-10.30am
Gentle Yoga, (STUDIO).

Sundays 12.00-13.00
Yin yoga, (STUDIO ).
