Louisa’s yoga session was just what I needed! Louisa’s approach is full of creativity, knowledge and is very thoughtful. It was such a supportive and restorative session, which was just what I was needing not having done any yoga for years and feeling so stiff. She really tailored the session to my needs and abilities, offering adaptations and suggestions to help get into the poses without straining or rushing. Her home studio was very calm, airy and with a view of trees – perfect! I would definitely recommend Louisa’s yoga classes 🙂

Louisa is just perfect in adapting a session to the ability of the class and her encouraging, subtle tones make for a really invigorating experience. Her Yoga knowledge is limitless  but what I like very much also, is that she translates the postures into practical, everyday language that even a most junior level beginner like myself can comprehend. Her classes are the highlight of my week and to top it off, she has a wonderful sense of humour and I have never seen her without a smile on her face. Give it a try, you will love it!!!


Attended numerous classes with Louisa as the teacher and she was outstanding. For a novice like me, she was supportive and patient and gave advice in a knowledgable and calm manner. The class was brilliantly structured and I always came out feeling relaxed and centred. Louisa took the time to understand my yoga needs and helped give advice. Classes were enjoyable and I would highly recommend!


Going to a class with Louisa is a joy, she talks you through the different poses clearly and allows time to get to know them. She makes sure you are comfortable and has blocks and supports available. I find the longer holds in Yin yoga practice really stretch you out and it has definitely made me feel stronger – helping release tensions especially in my shoulders #modernliving. I love her yoga nidra, you feel like you have had a few hours sleep in just 10 mins of yogic sleep. I would definitely recommend it!
