Yin taster sessions


Delighted to be sharing this! Yin yoga taster sessions at Woodlands Workspace, G3 (just near St George’s Cross Subway) in May

Curious about Yin yoga and it’s benefits? I am offering 3 weeks of Yin yoga taster sessions where you will be introduced to this slow gentle yoga practice. Wear comfy clothes you can stretch in. Bring a blanket and an open mind! Book in for one session or book in for all 3.

These are ‘taster’ classes introducing you to the practise of Yin Yoga. Learn ways to de-stress and ease tensions in the body. We use long-held relaxed floor postures to stretch and stimulate the deep, connective tissues of the body. Great for quieting the mind and promoting deep relaxation.

Suitable for all levels including beginners. No yoga experience necessary. Open to all.

A bottle of water.
A warm layer to put on during savasana (final relaxation).
