Menopause Yoga accredited teacher
Really delighted to share with you all that I am now an accredited Menopause Yoga teacher. Menopause Yoga is totally inclusive, welcoming all women & valuing all experiences.
Lots of studying, sharing, learning, teaching, breathing, meditating and yoga-ing with a wonderful group of women. I have learnt so much & am looking forward to sharing.
SO WHAT IS MENOPAUSE YOGA?
Menopause yoga (MY) includes yoga poses, breathwork, meditation & journaling techniques to help alleviate some of the main symptoms of peri-menopause and menopause. – Re-framing the menopause as an opportunity for empowerment, health & healing.
All menopause yoga classes also include a womens’ circle. A safe space for women to come together, share & support each other. I have absolutely loved being held and supported in these circles & cannot wait to share. …..As well as offering & signposting information on subjects such as nutrition, natural remedies and HRT, sleep……the list goes on
